Moon (Chandra):
For Moon or Chandra related problems and during the Dasha or AntarDasha of Moon:
1. Worship the ruling deity Goddess Gouri.
2. Recite Annapoorna Stotram.
3. Recite Gayatri Mantra of Moon:
Om Ksheeraputraya Vidmahe Amruta-tatvaya Dhimahi Tanno Chandra Prachodayat
4. Japa of Moon’s Moola Mantra:
Om shram sreem shraum sah chandraya namah,
Jap 11000 times in 40 days with white flowers.
5. Recite the Chandra Stotra:
Dadhi shankha tushaarabham ksheero darnava sambhavam
Namaami shashinam somam shambhor mukuta bhushanam
6. Donate cow’s milk or rice on Monday. Rice cooked in milk to Brahmins (or poor people).Offering of boiled rice with sugar to crows. White clothes, silver, milk, pure water etc. to poor people.
7. Service rendered to one's mother, motherly women, old women.
8. Fasting to be done On Monday.
9. Pooja: Devi pooja to be done.
10. Rudraksha: Wear 2 facet (Mukhi) Rudraksha.
11. Wear Gemstone related to Moon i.e.White Pearl.
12. Recite 5th chapter of Sundara kanda from Valmiki Ramayana.
